Dear beloved readers

As a writer, I find myself drawn to writing around my own experiences with things, whether it be directly my own experience, or watching someone go through an experience. Through the few years  I have been writing, I seem to constantly be drawn to writing about love and the different encounters someone can have with it. Love is a tricky, complicated subject matter as it can sometimes become too cliché and predictable. I, myself feel I am heavily influenced by a few of my favourite authors and the stories that they convey. These writers write about young love and the complications that may stem from it. Highlighting love as a subject not always having a happy ending. I feel reading their works, along with my own experiences, have created these poems and their differing interpretations and relationships with love.
